We take pride in being as environmentally conscious as possible. We believe in, and incorporate this idea of reusing and recycling across every aspect of our company. From our hides, to the materials we source, to the decorations and fixtures we use in our stores.

“We want to make products that keep the spirit and soul of the animal alive forever.” - William Adler
Many people don’t know this, but we are committed to only using leather that is a by-product of the cattle industry. What does that mean? By definition, a by-product is an incidental or secondary product made in the manufacture or synthesis of something else. What does that mean to us? It means that we play a vital part in making sure every inch of the cows we eat are used and honored.
We asked Will why he only sources hides from the cattle industry and he said, “We want to make products that keep the spirit and soul of the animal alive forever.” We are taking the leftovers from one industry and turning them into gorgeous, handcrafted bags that last a lifetime.

From there, we head right into another one of our core principals of reuse and recycle; tip-to-tail. Tip-to-tail is our own personal initiative to use as much of every hide as we possibly can, from the tip of the cow, to the tail of the cow. It’s the tip-to-tail ethos that has inspired many of our small leather goods such as our toothpick holders, lighter covers, and keychains. Instead of letting those leather scraps go to waste, we turn them into a functional piece of art that will last a lifetime.
