The Oaxacan Collection was designed around the use of the traditional  Oaxacan wool rug as the main material. Each piece is unique in pattern and color, making them completley one-of-a-kind. Combined with our Legacy Leather ^TM , all the styles are durable and ready for an adventure. The Oaxacan wool rug is made from Zapotec hand-weaving tradtion, a fusion of Spanish and Pueblo techniques. Weavers used natural elements, including berries, moss, tree bark, and larvae to achieve the vibrant, varied colors seen throughout the rugs.

To ensure each piece in the Oaxacan collection has the proper function to compliment their form, we have added leather panels to all the stress points; ensuring that the weight of your contents always rest on the leather and not on the rug. Using the same vegetable-dyed leather and steadfast construction methods of our Signature Canvas and Leather Collection, we take 159 steps on the factory line to perfect each piece before it reaches your hands.
