THE BEGINNING
The year was 1981 and Bill Adler, then a young actor found himself in search of a way to support his family during the Actors Guild strike. He was encouraged by his brother to consider selling belts in Venice beach, home to a surf and skateboarding sub- culture.
He took his brother's advice and with his instinct and drive launched Billy Belts, a simple belt shop on the boardwalk.

Through the years, Will has traveled the world to embrace and collaborate with artisans from around the globe, he began a long partnership with NIKE for which we produce

Give Will Foundation to nurture and inspire
the future of American children.
