RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

★ Holiday Return/Exchange Policy is subject to purchases made between November 15th and December 25th. The extended return/exchange deadline for these purchases is January 15th. ★

Will Leather Goods prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging. 
  • Embossed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. 
  • Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. 
  • Proof of purchase is required. We will honor price adjustments in the form of a gift card on full price merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase. 
  • Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, unless marked “FINAL SALE”. 
  • Returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Cash returns over $200 will be refunded in the form of a corporate check and may take up to 14 days for processing. 

WILL’S GUARANTEE

Will Leather Goods is proud to offer Will’s guarantee. We cover manufacturer defects in leather workmanship and hardware by replacement of your bag or a gift certificate if the bag is no longer available.
Will's guarantee covers a single replacement per product (we will not replace an item more than once).

PROOF OF PURCHASE is required.

FULL EXCLUSIONS
The following products are excluded from Will's Unlimited Warranty

  • Sale Product (including 50% off, final or sample sales).
  • Any product purchased on the Will Leather Outpost Store.
  • Shoes, hats, watches, jewelry, clothing and home goods. 
  • The “Found” or Vintage collection of merchandise.
  • Retail props, fixtures and décor.
  • Merchandise purchased through discount retailers or manufacturer outlets.
  • Merchandise not made by Will Leather Goods.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following have a limited 1-Year guarantee from the date of purchase

  • Fabric linings of leather bags
  • Exterior fabric and textiles
  • Velcro or Elastic
  • Nylon zippers
  • Wallets
  • Belts

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNING A GIFT
You may return a gift within in 30 days of purchase so long as the product meets our return eligibility requirements. There are two options for refunding a gift return: You may 1) accept the full refund amount on a Will Leather Goods gift card, or 2) we can issue a refund to the original payment method.

RETURNING A BOGO ITEM
In order to receive a refund on a product that was part of a "buy one, get one" (BOGO) promotion, all products associated to the offer must be returned. A partial refund will not be issued should only one of the products be returned.

FINAL SALE
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
At this time, we do not offer free returns. When returning product, we recommend obtaining a tracking number through your selected carrier as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our main office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 8-10 business days for processing once the return has been received at our main office.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Please respond to your order confirmation email, letting us know you’d like to initiate a return. Alternatively, you can reach out to willservice@willleathergoods.com with your order number (e.g. thanks124). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest.

DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. thanks1234) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT?
If you don’t have a receipt, we will work with you to verify your purchase. Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of it. Still have questions? Reach out to us at willservice@willleathergoods.com.

CAN I PLACE RETURNS IN A WILL LEATHER GOODS STORE?
Yes. Eligible merchandise can be returned at any Will Leather Goods store. Please be sure to bring your receipt and the item. An associate will be happy to help. While you’re in, feel free to grab a coffee.

I BOUGHT FROM A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER. CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?
If you purchased Will Leather Goods merchandise from one of our valued retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return or exchange.
