Strategic Account Manager - Department Stores
OR, IL, WI, NYC/NJ
This role is accountable for delivering revenue growth and capturing market share across an assigned channel and consumer base. This person is a channel expert and consumer expert. They will continually assess and open new opportunities and partnerships. Must be an out of box thinker with proven experience driving revenue growth and attaining sales goals in existing wholesale partnerships and proactively pursuing new relationships. This role will lead their accounts with account and door level consumer right assortments which drive mutual profitability. The Strategic Account Manager will work cross functionally with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to enable success. Must be able to think strategically and roll up sleeves to implement tactics. This is a strategic sales role; 5-8+ years’ selling experience working with large National customers is highly preferred. Experience in accessories, fashion or Sporting Goods Industry is recommended. Comfort with ambiguity. Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills. Exceptional retail math capabilities. Strong team player. Location: Preferred candidate will be based in OR, IL, WI, or NYC/NJ. Travel ~ 25-50%

Must be able to think strategically and roll up sleeves to implement tactics. This is a strategic sales leadership role; 5-8+ years’ selling experience working with specialty customers is highly preferred. Comfort with ambiguity. Customer Service Representative
Eugene, OR
This role will deliver exceptional and genuine service to both customers and inside stakeholders. This person will act as a liaison between sales and operations. The role will answer inbound phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and manage order entry and PO reconciliation. The Customer Service rep will support the Sales team with order entry and data reconciliation. This role will answer questions related to product, operations, and unresolved issues. The person will run and review order reports, delivery reports and other reporting tasks as needed. Must proactively anticipate customer needs. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Must have exceptional communication, data entry, and people skills. Comfort with ambiguity. Location: This role must be based in Eugene, Oregon and success will require 5 days in office.
